We loved it. Close to everything, Easy parking, access to beach. Overall the unit was clean, but could use a little touch up on the ceilings but did not matter to us! It was a great unit and price point was excellent!

The room was great, the view was great. This complaint has nothing to do with the room but parking. Very limited parking for the handicap, which we had someone with us that struggled to walk far. We could only see 4 handicap spots but many s

The unit had mold visible from the air condition vents and also mold around the top of the commode. The ice maker did not work at all. Also, the unit did not have any extra blankets. My head started hurting with sinus blockage issues withting an hour of being in the condo and just arrived home yesterday afternoon and still having issues. Also, the master bathroom light in the shower was not bright at all and the tub was so slippery that I had to be very careful when I took a shower - I almost put a towel in the bottom so I would not risk falling. Other than than that - it was a good place to stay, but I seriously think there is a mold issue in the AC vents.

Cleaning crew were still in the unit at check in, which people run late sometimes not a huge deal. Condo needs updated terribly. The shower area in the master suite is an issue, barely any ventilation it’s so closed off and the vent fan barely helps. The shower liner needed replaced as there was mold growing on it. The paint/plaster on the bathroom ceiling and other areas of the unit was crumbling. The view and balcony area were very nice but this unit is not somewhere I would stay again.

Thank you for staying at Phoenix East II 2103. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to investigate and address the issues you reported: the cleaning crew being in the unit at check-in, the shower ventilation and fan, the moldy shower liner (we will replace), and the crumbling paint/plaster in the bathroom and other areas (we’ll assess and repair). We’ll also schedule a deep clean and review the unit’s update/refresh timeline and listing accuracy. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or additional details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life
