Rest and relaxation

We loved the pool, hot tub and Tiki Bar. It was a very nice house and quiet location. We wish had more sun loungers. We had to take turn with the 4. Also would have liked wash cloths, hand towels, pillows, and blankets.

Awesome vacation

Clean house and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. I would say that maybe having spices or condiments would be a plus but not a deal breaker. We will return.

Fantastic Home

All amenities you could ask for. The home was well maintained. The outdoor living was great, however, a TV outside at the bar would have been the "cherry on top". The extra fridge/freezer in the garage was very helpful. All beach accessories you would need come with the rental. Overall, I would give the rental a 9.5 out of 10. Thank you for hosting my family!

This property was amazing! House was perfect for our family of six! Very clean and had everything we needed! The yard was beautiful and the pool was great! Would definitely recommend this property!! The location was wonderful, tucked at the end of a private road, yet close to AMI and stores! Can’t wait to stay again!!

This property was perfect for my family of 5. We were there for a week, and only went to the beach 2 days because the kids were having so much fun at the home. Will stay here again in the future.

Excellent stay for our family

We enjoyed this 3 bedroom home immensely. The house was spotless. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool area, hot tub, outdoor gazebo, and outdoor kitchen were used a lot during our stay. The location is quiet and a great place to relax. We had a great time and would be thrilled to stay here again.

Beautiful Property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location, not right on the beach but beautiful beaches are not far away! The property outside was well landscape and stunning. The house inside was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa was very nice. There was lots of beach gear provided in the garage that came in very useful when we went to the beaches. We would definitely book this house again!

Fantastic property with tranquil garden space

Enjoyed our stay. Property managers were helpful and responsive. Unfortunaely our stay was cut short by Hurricane Ian. During this time property managers were informative about the disaster situation.

Beautiful Home Close to Anna Maria Beaches

This is a beautiful home nicely decorated with an amazing pool, hot tub and outdoor bar and kitchen. Location is perfect for a short ride to the beaches on Anna Maria and close to downtown Sarasota with so many shops and restaurants. This home is great for a getaway to the beautiful Florida west coast. A great home for a family vacation with the Beautiful pool and hot tub and garage with ping pong table and connect Four. Highly recommend!!!

There is so much to say about this amazing StuckOnCation! The home was immaculate, tucked away in a neighborhood but a true oasis! The property is open indoors and were great for playing cards and board games, and the garage provides more fun in pingpong! The backyard is quiet as you traverse a path to a small patio that gives the sense of serenity. And of course the tiki bar! Heated pool and hot tub that those like us from the north could savor every minute!

Great property!

The house and grounds were amazing. The pool was clean and refreshing. Location was central to our needs. There were pool toys, sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas in the garage. I would have liked a later checkout time since my flight did not depart till 8 pm. Otherwise, two thumbs up!

Lovely Home, Quiet Neighborhood

Had the good fortune to stay here for 2 weeks. The property is just as described and photographed. Took advantage of the pool every day. Most of us are in the 65 to 70+ age range and if we could add anything it would be a handrail for pool entry. The outdoor kitchen and Tiki bar was over the top. Hope to stay again in the future.

Fabulous Property - Everything You Need for a Great Vacation!

Great family vacation spot tucked away on a dead-end street in a quiet, safe Bradenton neighborhood. Lovely, well appointed home with everything a family would need. Nice double lot includes beautiful garden with sitting areas, covered tiki bar with outdoor kitchen and a wonderful pool and hot tub. Plenty of beach chairs, plus umbrella and cooler for days at the beach. Close to Anna Maria but away from the traffic and noise. Everything was super clean, well maintained and professionally landscaped. The property manager, AMI Locals, was great to work with as well. If your heading south looking to rent a place you can complain about then keep on looking, because this isn't it!

All in one

We loved the house, very clean, well equipped, good energy and very entertaining. Our family spent the holiday at the pool and in the outside area which is very convenient and cozy. I would only change the mattress of the sofa bed for some other type maybe foam? (Because is not very comfortable) I would definitely come back. There is room for everybody. We had an amazing time!! Thank you!

Great experience

Everything was as described and great. We had everything we need at house, especially beach items. Only thing was surprise us was the alarm set on each door opening to the back, pool size. We were told that it is required by the code for kids safety which makes sense. You need to press By pass button every time you open the doors.

Palma Sola

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Bradenton and were very comfortable in the house in Palma Sola. We especially loved the Tiki Bar, spa, and pool in the back. The location allowed access to Robinson Preserve and the De Soto Memorial, plus to AMI and Cortez but with lots of traffic, especially during the holiday week. One thing that would make the home more usable is to put in a larger table that seats six in the area to the left of the front door, instead of a second sofa and TV. Since the house sleeps six, there should be seating for six. We also appreciated finding the great beach chairs and wagon in the garage cupboards, but didn't see them for a few days since there was no note of their availability anywhere. Thanks!
