LIVING AREA
The welcoming living room features a 55 inch smart TV with an oversized L-shaped sofa, plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a family movie night or relax by the gas fireplace (seasonal operation only).
A pool table along with multi-cade in the game room offers hours of fun for kids and adults alike or lounge on the sofa sleeper and relax in front of the TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, the gas grill is just outside the kitchen door.
Dining inside at the table for six or outside on the picnic table on the covered porch.

BED & BATH
This three-story home sleeps up to eight guests between 3 bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king size bed and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also includes a private jetted tub for relaxation anytime of the day.
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom (game/bunkroom) is great for kids with bunk beds and a sofa sleeper as well as another flat-screen TV and bathroom with tub-shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Take a soak in the private 6-person hot tub, with color changing LED lighting and fountains. Cozy up to the firepit off the back deck on a cool night. * firewood is not provided*
Sit back and relax on the front porch overlooking the Smoky Mountains while enjoying a beverage.
Dine out on the back porch with the convenience of a gas grill and picnic table for dining.
Parking is off-street and easily accessible.
