This beautifully updated suite is perfect for the whole family. A short walk to the beach makes this a perfect location for a fun gathering! This home is all one level and located on the third floor, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the fully-equipped kitchen. The open floor plan makes it perfect for every family. You'll have a king bed in the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with two twins.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Perfect Amelia spot

Memorial Weekend

I just felt lucky to find something 3 days before Memorial Weekend. I visit Fernandina Beach a lot and usually stay in that area!!I’ve stayed at Omni before and like it. I didn’t really know these condos existed but we’re really nice and quiet!

Last minute trip to Amelia Island

This property was quick and painless to rent for a last second trip. Great condo at a very good price. Clean, well kept, up-to-date, and plenty of room. The condo had beach chairs and beach gear stowed away which was a HUGE convenience not having to bring our own or buy on the island. The front door uses a keypad which was great. Location is in a gated resort which was nice. The beach was only a short walk away and access to groceries, dining, shopping and attractions were only a short drive away. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. I would highly recommend staying here if given the chance.

Comfortable and well kept

Bring towels!!!!! We didn’t think to bring beach towels to the condo and had to buy some. We couldn’t find any info on where the beach access was so kinda wandered until we found it. The place itself was clean with comfy beds and the property manager was WONDERFUL. So kind abs helpful.

Bunk beds for little kids only

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not please with this rental. Although it looked good online much was missing:The bunk beds are really for small children under 10;The top bunk is hot and the ceiling fan is close to the top bunk;There was a pull out to use in place of the bunk beds but no sheets just a top sheet and a few pillow cases;The glasses were all mix n match and smoky looking even after washing making them unappealing;The unit was tidy but could use a deep cleaning;The bathroom rug in guest bath needs to be thrown away it was bleached out and stained and the bathroom smells of urine;I’m an owner of a Beachwood and would not use your service if I went off the Omni rental.

Family Vacation

Our family of 6 had an amazing time staying here - the condo was spacious, immaculately clean, peacefully decorated and had great beach access while being nestled in the trees. Small, thoughtful touches made this rental feel personal: outlets and USBs on the nightstand (so that you didn't have to crawl around on the floor looking for a plug), pre-frozen ice trays and soap stands for the shower spoke of the hosts' consideration for guests. The property in general was equal quality - well manicured landscaping and the like added to the enjoyment. Also peaceful since motorcycles and scooters are not allowed on property. On some days, parking was a bit scarce - probably due to visitors renting golf carts - but the worst walk was no more than a hundred feet or so. (And there is a dedicated loading/unloading slot when you need that.) Would definitely stay here again!

This property is beautiful and includes started items (laundry soap, first roll of TP in each bathroom, shampoo/conditioner/bar soap, dish soap, first garbage bag) I mention these items because that is not always the case and was greatly appreciated! Very clean and just beautiful, 10/10 will always recommend!
