Oceanfront 2,300 square foot townhome with amazing views, 2 huge decks on the boardwalk/beach between 4th and 5th-2 blocks North of Wonderland Pier. Sleeps 9. Amazing location to walk to all of the action. Life-Guarded Beach. Beach-tags included. 3 Parking spaces: Attached 2 car garage (sized for 2 small cars or 1 regular size SUV) plus one courtyard space. Quartz and stainless kitchen. Newer tile flooring. Newer 2 Zone A/C. Newer carpets. Both decks are 20 feet and ocean front. Lower Deck has a high top dining table and lounge chairs. Upper Deck has lounge chairs and a small table and chair set and is off of the Master Bedroom so you have your own private deck. You can see the ocean from your bed! Living room has a LA-Z Boy microfiber sectional w/ 3 recliners and a pull out full sized bed and a new Samsung 75 inch high def TV. High speed internet and WIFI. Master Bedroom has a Serta King and a private full bath. Second bedroom has Sealy Queen mattress. Third bedroom has a bunk bed with full over full mattresses and a twin size trundle bed underneath. Full bathroom for those 2 bedrooms. Half bathroom is downstairs. No Groups under 30 years old. Must be 25 yrs of age or older to rent. No pets. No smoking. No barbaqueing. Wonderful weekend!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful weekend. This home is in a perfect location, fabulous ocean views, and very comfortable. The pictures posted are true to form. Would love to revisit in the future.

Fantastic location. House very well appointed. Loved everything about it. Just not the neighbors who park outside of their driveways which makes it hard to get out but if you back into the garage it is easier to exit the development.

'Twas on the bucket list to be oceanfront.

Perfect for us "almost retired couples". Beautiful views and right on the Ocean City Boardwalk and beach. We love visiting in the fall when the crowds are less, stores are still open and the air is crisp. We really enjoyed sitting on the decks and walking the boardwalk and beach. The condo had everything we needed and is such a lovely space. We felt special to have had such nice accommodations. A highlight was all the pods of dolphins we could see from the windows.

What a perfect location and just an overall great place to stay! My family loved loved loved this home! The views are gorgeous, our weather was great and our experience could not have been better. The house itself was well maintained and offered exactly what we needed. The only thing that I would recommend it for something that tells you where the beach tags are at and where the trash goes but those are such small things!! This was my first time in OCNJ and loved it! This was by far the best vacation I have ever had in my life and we will definitely be back!

Great location

The views and location were fantastic. Enjoyed watching surfers from the upper deck. Nice kitchen and living area and condo is right on the boardwalk! Great for long walks along the beach, and gorgeous boardwalk. Condo could use some updating, new paint, cracks repaired, has old carpeting, needs new shades... Great value, very good off season rate for a beautiful location and great place to stay. Loved having coffee out on the lower deck to watch the world go by on the boardwalk. You are right there!

Perfect location on the boardwalk and beautiful ocean views!

We loved being right on the boardwalk next to Wonderland and the recreation area with shuffleboard. Favorite moments were simply reading on the master bedroom deck with the ocean view. The great room had a large cozy couch with great seating and enormous flat screen TV. Well appointed with Wi-Fi, Keurig, Alexa, and front load washer/dryer. Only negative was that our SUV was too long for the garage but we swapped our 2nd vehicle (Jeep) and used the parking spot near main entrance for the SUV. Would definitely rent there again!

Wonderful beachfront rental

We had an exceptional stay at this beachfront property. Nothing beats waking up to the sound of the waves and score of the ocean. It was spacious and matched the description. We’d love to stay again!

Best location!

Our family loved this house. The location was perfect. Waking up to the ocean right out the balcony was extremely relaxing. Everything we needed was a very quick walk. It was so easy to pop back into the house with our 2 and 4 year old when they needed a break. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This is a great property with ocean views from the primary bedroom, living room and dining area. There was lots of closet and bathroom cabinet storage. The kitchen was well stocked. The wifi worked well. We enjoyed our stay.

The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoor space. Check in was easy and communication was quick. Master bathroom shower needs updating. Beds were not very comfortable.

Perfect Beach House For a Family!

This house had plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 small children and it was right on the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk. Because we were so close to everything, it was easy to go swimming in the ocean, walk/shop on the boardwalk, play mini golf on the boardwalk and have a meal nearby on the boardwalk. We had a fantastic vacation!

Great Place...Great Location

Loved the townhouse, great location! We enjoyed watching the sun rise and morning surfers from the upper deck. The townhouse had everything we needed and more. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. The location couldn’t have been better, minutes to boardwalk action, restaurants and more. Had a great week, definitely would recommend and hope to get there again next year!

Girls Getaway Weekend

We are 5 Registered Nurses who just wanted a quiet long weekend at the beach. You could see and hear the ocean from all decks and master bedroom. Close to Asbury where we did our shopping at all 5 TaDahs. And we dined at Anchorage Tavern for Dinner and Augies for Breakfast. Delicious food. Lovely Townhouse right on the beach. It was an overall Fabulous Girls Getaway!!!

Short getaway

My wife, toddler and I stayed here for a quick getaway for two nights. The place and location could not be better. We loved waking up to the beach, having the boardwalk steps away and so much space. We were very lucky to have been able to stay here.

Great location, you will not be disappointed!

The location of this place could not be better! It is located right on the boardwalk, and you will be able to see the ocean sitting on the couch on the first floor or reclining in the bed on the second floor. The space is wonderful with lots of light. It was exceedingly clean. We were needing a break in the dead of winter, and it was just perfect. We could watch the ocean and still go out for walks on the boardwalk and beach. Definitely would like to return in the summer!
