Located 20 min from ski resort , 10 min from state parks for hiking and fishing. There are rods that you can borrow in the house to enjoy fishing. There are great restaurants in the area and farmers markets.


Big Bass Lake Community Rules:
Guests are required to fill out out the Rental Agreement Form. This form includes information about you and guests in your party. Big Bass values it's top-notch security of all guests and residents and this form will allow you and your guests to have a smooth check-in experience.

THE FORM NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT BY 9A.M., 3 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.

If later you have some changes (names of guests or visitors are changed, etc), you will be required to pay $15 re-filing fee for each additional form; this money is a filing fee I am passing to the community association.

To use the Community Amenities, you will need to purchase passes from the Community Office.
Daily passes:
$8 weekdays
$10 weekends/holiday
Weekly passes:
$30 non holiday week
$50 holiday week
