These tiny homes are more akin to RVs and may not function optimally in the cold seasons. While we have measures in place to avoid these outcomes, it is possible you may experience pipes/toilets becoming frozen, lack of hot water, coldness inside the home, hot tub functionality may not be as great as during warm seasons, heating furnaces can run loud. The community, being classified as a campsite, has measures in place for these outcomes as well. There are Comfort Stations located close to the property and all throughout the community. These Comfort Stations provide hot water access, showers, and bathrooms and should be used if any of the above takes place. We do our absolute best to prepare the home for you in winter weather, but some things are just out of our control this time of year. Therefore we will not be able to offer any refunds if the above occurs. Please expect to have a "step above camping" experience, and enjoy your stay at our home 😊

Note: At least one guest must be 21+ to stay. Two cozy bunk rooms with cot-sized beds are ideal for kids, and the living room offers a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space.
