This adorable townhome has everything you and your family are looking for! Two comfortable king suites with tv, fast wifi, and MORE! Enjoy the entire fully furnished home that includes a full kitchen, and a washer and drying machine. The space has a private fenced-in backyard for privacy, a fire pit, and a picnic table for outside dining. Within a 2 minute drive from shopping centers, gyms, restaurants, and coffee shops. Go see the mermaids at Weeki Wachee Springs which is 15 mins away. Commute to Tampa & Clearwater beach is about 45 min with Orlando being 1.5 hrs away.

EXCELLENT

The Townhouse was great! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the back patio in the evenings. The picnic table could use a few new boards but still very usable. The beds were very comfortable. Entire townhome was great!! Would definitely rent again.

Very comfortable

Thank you for sharing your home. It was a great location and very comfortable. It could use a little TLC, but it is just like the listing and very much appreciate you sharing. The only down fall were the neighbors across the street fighting at 2 am and the police having to.come.

Stayed for a wedding weekend

It was a nice property! Great location. Only issue i had was there seemed to be a SLIGHT moisture problem while we were staying so there was an odd smell, but the owner had an air purifier running.

Brooksville - snowbird getaway

Stayed here so we could access local rail to trails for bike riding. Good location. Nice home for two maybe three. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates, cups, etc. very responsive owner. Thanks!

Really nice townhome on a quiet residential street. Clean, fully equipped and great communication with owner. Would not hesitate to rent again if in the area.

Great stay!

Lorenzo was a wonderful host. He has provided a very comfortable and clean home that we were able to enjoy. The kitchen was a perfect size and well stocked with all we needed. The bedrooms are both good size, and the bed was comfortable. The unit is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Time of our lives

We really enjoyed the property. We loved the backyard. Loved the picnic table. The closed in patio was great. Everything about the property was nice. Nice and quiet. Close to stores and attractions. Definitely will book again when I come back to go to Snowcat Ridge. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Easy access to fast food & trails.

We liked the layout of the townhouse. The neighbors were very friendly. Quiet area. Walmart 1 mile away. Trails so many within a reasonable amount of drive time! We would consider staying if we come back to this area. This is our 1st February trip to warm weather!!

Relaxing

This was my first VRBO experience. I will never rent a hotel room again. The Coachlight Manor was a great place to relax after a long day of visiting family and vacation destination spots. The host was great with accommodating our early check in when we arrived hours early. The manor had the amenities you would need plus extras. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Great location to Southern Hills Plantation Golf Course

Good location. Stubbed my toe twice on master bedroom bed. Foot posts stick out too far. Otherwise great place.

Mildew smell awful!!!

It smelled of mold, water smell! The plugs in didn’t help, we have allergies and the smell of mildew was pretty awful!

Townhome Brooksville

Sufficient for 2 people to stay. The 2 baths is not correct. It is 1.5 baths. The adjoining shower and toilet is inconvenient. Close to the golf courses.
