This beautifully remodeled cabin is the perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of every day life! Although it is fully updated, it still offers that cabin feel. Tucked into a secluded forest outside of Payson, it has everything your family needs for relaxation and fun!

The Cabin sits on over an acre and has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living/dining areas and sleeps 8 comfortably. Home features vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a smart TV in every room, brick fireplace with wood burning stove, and a large dining table.

In the back, you will find an AMAZING deck with a spa, lounge chairs, umbrellas, outdoor couch and chairs, round table and umbrella for dining, large propane fire table, ping pong table, heat lamp, string lights and grill! Outside you will also find a hammock (the perfect place for reading or napping) and rocking chairs on the front porch. With the incredible deck, stunning views, close proximity to lakes, and peaceful location, you won't find a better place to relax!

Beautiful Cabin

This was an amazing trip. Jacuzzi was awesome during snow storm. Cabin was very clean and owner contact was above average. Would definitely return.

An incredible getaway with all of the details!

Rosscup was a perfect getaway, and the hosts have thought through all of the small details that make a BIG difference at a rental. It feels like a home that is loved and not just a typical rental. Very clean cabin, comfortable beds and cozy blankets, soft towels and linens, all of the needed items in kitchens and bathrooms, tons of nice extras like board games and activities. The climate control is also better than any cabin we’ve rented, as we had the wood fire stove plus individual heaters/coolers/fans in every room! The kitchen had everything and more including multiple ovens, instant pot, crock pot, etc to cook a full Thanksgiving meal easily! Outside the cabin is just as lovely as the inside! The deck and yard is beautiful! We didn’t use the outdoor area but it has furniture and a spa and gas fire table and standing heater and even fun like a ping pong table, giant connect four/fun games. It has a safe walkway around the cabin and is well-lit when needed, and is also fenced and gated. Even though it’s only one acre, we saw elk/deer wandering by as well as many cute squirrels in nearby trees! All the details thought out and the cabin is labeled and the guest book full of helpful tips! Worth a second mention was how clean everything was because it was so appreciated. (Even the “often missed” areas of other rentals like inside cabinets and drawers, shelves, fans, showers, etc…Rosscup has very thorough cleaners and this attention to detail made us truly feel at home!) Last but not least: communication was easy and prompt via text! Also such an important detail that we truly appreciated!

Beautiful property! Just as described

My family and I (6 of us) really enjoyed our stay. Went fishing, sat in awesome hot tub on back deck under the stars, fireside table and smores at night! Comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms, super clean! Smart TVs in every room. Bonus was coffee machine offered drip or kcup option! Will be back! Thank you for the hospitality!!

Heavenly Getaway

It was a WONDERFUL relaxing time and so many things that made our stay so comfortable. One of our BEST rental’s so far. Beds were so comfortable and kitchen ware was so nice. Loved the usb ports that were at our bedsides. Showers were the best also. The outside landscape and the railings were BEAUTIFUL!

Beyond our Expectations!

This was by far one of the best rentals opportunities we've come across in a while. The property is extremely well maintained and the communication is excellent. We ended up bringing our dog with us and the fully gated yard was fantastic. I strongly suggest you stay at this property if its available!

Staycation

Beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. My husband and I loved the home and comfort feel down to every detail. Very well maintained. We didnt leave the home the entire stay. Plenty of space with over an acre of land fenced in. We will be back for sure. Will inform our families of this gem.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I booked this property because of its remoteness. It was absolutely perfect! There are neighbors but with space between. The property was extremely clean and invitingly decorated. We’ve already recommended it to multiple friends.

Enjoyed to cooler temps for sure, nice home even had a few showers, quite time with family . if your looking for some cooler weather when its 115 in the valley heres the spot that is close .

The perfect getaway

We had such an amazing time getting out of the city for a weekend! We LOVED how secluded it was. Highlights included watching the bluebirds each morning on the back patio, s’mores by the fire, hanging out in the hot tub, and catching crawdads in the creek nearby! Also obsessed with the wood burning fireplace (AND electric fireplaces in every bedroom) and the stained glass window that just lit up the house so beautifully every morning. A total breath of fresh air. Can’t wait to come back!

Other than not shoveling- the house was amazing!

The property is beautiful, the manager was responsive, and the house had very nice features: Gas Fireplace in each room, Nice smart tvs in each room, comfortable beds, nice showers and bath products. My only complaint is they did not shovel and there was at least 10 inches of hard snow on the patios- so we could not use the outside fire table or seating.

40th Birthday in the snow!

We had a WONDERFUL time at this beautiful home!!! While we stayed we had about 6-8 inches of snow! The sleds they had on the property were great! The beds we VERY comfortable!!! Kitchen was great and had very nice cookware for use!! My whole family and pups had an amazing time and made great memories!!! We will be back!!

Cozy Retreat

We stayed at the Rosscup Reserve over Christmas weekend 2022 and enjoyed every moment! It was my parents, my husband and I, my two teen boys and our two golden retrievers. You might think that was too many together in the house but there was actually plenty of room! The dogs had a blast exploring the large property, the back deck was incredible for us to hang out in the hot tub, by the fire pit, playing ping pong or firing up the grill for Christmas dinner! Every detail is covered, lots of house supplies so we didn’t run out of paper products or soaps. We took full advantage of the laundry machines since the boys frolicked with the dogs in the snow… a lot. We served full scale meals in the kitchen thanks to it being fully stocked and equipped with two ovens! Can’t say enough good things about this place and we’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful stay!

This house is extremely clean and beautifully decorated! The property management team was very helpful and attentive in responding when I had initial questions once we checked in. The only negative I have is that there was no laundry soap or dish soap there. We didn’t know this so we didn’t get any at the store on the way up. The only store is in Payson and it’s quite a drive so that was a negative. But other than that everything was perfect! You cannot walk to hikes or lakes but they are about 20 mins away. Fantastic stay!

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing

Wonderfully secluded and quiet. Everything was clean and cozy and comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck and our dog loved having a big yard to explore. Be aware the neighbor dogs come into the yard also. The kitchen was outfitted nicely, which we appreciated since we did all our own cooking. The wood stove only burns Duraflame so don't expect that nice woodsy smell, but it's nice to see a flame. Each room has its own "electric fireplace" heater so guests can adjust to personal comfort. We come to the Payson area frequently and we loved this place so much it's going on our permanent favorite list. Fantastic place!!

Awesome Retreat!

The photos don’t do justice to how great this house is. During the Sept nights you can count the stars while listening to the Elk bugle! It’s a great place to recharge and forget about your worries.

Dream Cabin

What an absolutely amazing cabin! This was the best cabin rental I’ve ever stayed in. No complaints or issues AT ALL! The property was so pristine, inside and out. The owners thought of everything down to the smallest details. You had everything you needed for the ultimate cabin getaway in the forest. This place soars over its competition. When we plan a trip in the area again, this will be our forever cabin of choice!
