Welcome to Peachtree Oak Cottage! Located in the quiet neighborhood of St. Simons Heights, this home has the perfect amenity mix of location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping on St. Simons Island. This back yard and outdoor living space is something that should not be missed!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (7 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

Great vacation house

This is a beautiful house on a beautiful lot on St. Simon’s Island. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely rent this house again!

Excellent stay!

The house was beautiful! Located next to a peaceful marsh, surrounded by beautiful trees and Spanish moss. The yard is spacious and pristine. The location is minuets from the beach and other popular destinations. Couldn’t get closer to perfect in my opinion.

Perfect place!

We were looking for a quiet neighborhood with space for the kids to play and this place did not disappoint! Fully stocked with tons of thoughtful touches. 5 minute drive to Messengale Park and 7 minutes to Gould’s Inlet (highly recommend). Less than 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Very great home for stay

My family (Dad and two teen daughters) stayed at home during spring break. This home was located for easy access to the beach and areas just as the pier and the areas for Southern Soul, Winn Dixie, shopping and restaurants. The home was super clean and in a super quiet neighborhood. Really easy check-in and interactions with owner/manager.

SSI - Some Sweet Island

We were looking for a home to visit our relatives who live on SSI. This marsh front home turned out to be a jewel. The owners still have some work to do by adding furniture pieces for two of the bedrooms (chests, tables, etc.) for longer visits. Both bathrooms were well-done. The kitchen was spacious and adequately stocked. The grill worked very well and appeared to be recently purchased. We loved the fire pit in the very nice backyard. The home s located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to the beaches, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Dispenser didn’t work which was no big deal. Ice maker was turned off so ran out of ice. Figured out how to turn it on and turned it off when we left

Backyard construction next door.

House and location perfect, Construction next door started @ 6:30 am until 7:00 pm extremely loud and unable to use the backyard for the birthday for my wife. Wish I would of know ahead of time.

Returning visitors will return again!

This is our second time staying here and we love it so much! We will be back again in the future. The house is so clean and the proximity to the beach is great. About a 5 minute drive to a great little public parking lot (only about 15-20 cars fit there) that takes you to a beautiful part of Goulds Inlet. The house is located within a beautiful neighborhood lined with amazing oak trees. Families and residents are out walking down the neighborhood streets often. The backyard is our favorite spot. They have a great fit pit area and grill. The wildlife is unmatched! We saw an egret, tons of tree frogs, some really large rabbits, and even an otter. Bring your own coffee/condiments. They do provide dishwasher/laundry tabs and all linens. Thanks for another great stay!

Wonderful house and location

House was exactly as described. Very open and plenty of room. Backyard was huge and fire pit was nice to sit around at night. Great location. Close to all local restaurants, East beach and grocery store. Would def stay there again if visiting St. Simons

Peachtree Cottage is great

The cottage is relaxing, well equipped, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. The backyard was very relaxing on sunny mornings and the trees at the cottage and neighborhood are beautiful. It was quiet and bird songs really added. My only critique, and it's no reason to not rent the Peachtree, but those renting need to know upfront that hot water typically takes at least 10 mins of running the water if one wants to washup or shower. It's not an onerous thing to do, but you need to plan ahead and we weren't able to remember to do this. Otherwise, no other critique. Thanks for all Lilmar!
