Our favorite place is spending time on the screened in Lanai. Enjoy floating on the pool or soaking in the hot tub or simply relaxing in a lounge chair in the warm Florida sun! Easy access to the kitchen and dining area for snacking or having a full meal at the pool side table. No bugs to worry about at any time with a screened in area so the french doors can stay open all day for fresh air anywhere in the house. Too hot for you outside...relax in the air conditioning inside.
This home boosts plenty of room for everyone to relax, find a quiet spot, join in a card or board game, or make a snack in the kitchen. The master suite has lots of space to hold a king size bed and full pull out couch along with a walk in closet and full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the house and have a shared full bathroom between them. The front bedroom has 2 full size beds with plenty of closet space, while the back bedroom has a king size bed, closet space, desk work space, and a sliding door to the pool area. The large living space is open to the dining room with a table that can seat 10 and opens up to the pool area with french doors. The kitchen space has plenty of room for all the chefs in your group with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Take advantage of the white sands that Bonita Springs has to offer at world renowned Barfoot Beach as well as Bonita Springs beach with easy parking, clean public restrooms, and beach access restaurant. Enjoy beach toys, chairs, wagon, and coolers to take with you to the beach. The city of Naples is a short drive with plenty of shopping and more beach access.
Fly into 2 convenient airports with Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) only 20 minute drive and Punta Gorda (PGD) just a 50 minute drive. Uber availability at both airports and residence.
Enjoy outlet shopping within a 10 minute drive as well as dining, coffee shops, bars and entertainment. Many stores such as Publix, Target, Walmart, and drug stores are within a few minutes drive. Take a walk or bike ride in the quiet neighborhood with a stop at Royal Scoops ice cream parlor. We would be happy to tell you about our favorite restaurants that the locals frequent.
