Inside this home's cheerful walls you'll discover a cozy main living space, lovingly decorated with comfortable, beach-themed furnishings. The living room offers plush seating, a great board game selection, and a large TV, perfect for movie nights. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped with its stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a cute countertop ice maker. Buying water bottles will also be a thing of the past thanks to the faucet providing delicious reverse osmosis-filtered water.

Each bedroom is bright and sun-filled from the home's many windows. Comfort is key during your stay, so rest assured that no matter the temperature outside, the double electric fireplaces and partial air-conditioning will make sure you're comfortable. A private washer/dryer is also available for your use.

Immerse yourself in a game (or two) on the home's provided Pac-Man machine and Xbox. Or perhaps head outside and delight in the home's marvelous outdoor living! The large balcony is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. And the yard provides a spacious, covered patio, ample seating, a badminton set, and a giant outdoor Connect-4 game. Take a dip in the community's shared pool to appreciate the Texas sun, then relax in the bright, sizable hammock (which fits two) to wind down.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
