Bedroom 1 with En Suite Bath: Gorgeous master suite sleeps 2 with king bed and high thread count luxury cotton linens, hypoallergenic mattress cover, pillows and pillow protectors, air purifier, large window that opens to the golf course, large dresser, flat screen TV, dual walk-in closets, and room darkening curtains. A sliding pocket door welcomes you into your En Suite Full Bathroom with large glass door spa/walk- in shower that is stocked with everything you need. Wrap yourself in soft, luxurious white towels, and enjoy the magnified, lighted make-up mirror, and hair dryer. Experience an indulgent and eco-friendly experience.

Bedroom 2: Offering a queen bed with luxury linens, hypoallergenic mattress cover, pillows and pillow covers, flat screen TV, and a huge full-sized closet with mini dresser and room darkening curtains. Room and guest bathroom can be closed off to the rest of the condo via a sliding pocket door, allowing maximum privacy for guests.

Den/Office: Sleeps up to 2 and offers a comfy daybed that can convert to a king bed, luxury linens and hypoallergenic mattress cover, pillow and pillow protectors, a desk/chair, flat screen TV, a spacious wardrobe armoire and room- darkening curtains for your comfort.

Guest Bath: Sparkling clean full-sized tub with shower, ceramic tile and oversized curved cotton shower curtain. Granite countertop and ceramic flooring. Stocked with soft, luxurious white towels, lighted, magnified make-up mirror, and hair dryer.

Family Room:

Beautifully decorated room with oversized comfortable sofa that seats up to 8, side table and cocktail table, and fabulous chandelier with dimmer switch. Gorgeous, well-appointed entertainment center with 65" flat screen smart TV with cable. Sonos speaker for your favorite music. Oversized 3 panel sliding glass door opens to the lanai and fresh air and provides scenic views of the golf course. This is a truly a great spot to unwind or entertain!

Lanai and Front Porch Sitting Area:

A cozy yet spacious lanai overlooks hole #3, offering great ambiance, a cocktail table and seating for 8. Relax and enjoy the fresh air!

The front porch with chairs and a table allows for an alternate place to enjoy a quiet moment outside.

Kitchen:

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile flooring and granite countertops. Keurig coffee maker/French press, tea kettle, complete healthy ceramic nontoxic nonstick set of cookware, dishwasher/microwave/oven safe dinnerware, cast iron fajita set, Epic Pure water filter pitcher, a roomy pantry with breakfast items and more. Four counter stools allow for extra seating.

Breakfast Nook:

Enjoy dining on the bar height pub table for up to 4 in the bright and airy breakfast nook, surrounded by windows that allow for maximum sunshine from the west-facing windows. A fantastic way to start your day!

Savor your meals in style at the sleek and modern glass dining table featuring seating for up to 6. Note: In order to warmly welcome you to the community, agreements have been designed to protect our guests and property owners and will ensure an ideal private and community life. Esplanade Lakewood Ranch requires a one-time $400 non-refundable fee to cover your application and transfer of amenities at LWR. You will receive Summary of Rules and Regulations for Esplanade Golf & Country Club Renters and Guests to read and sign.
