This gorgeous estate home, professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals in the resort-style gated golf community of Lakewood National is the perfect vacation home for the whole family! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a huge travertine lanai and a private pool and spa. This beautiful home lends itself to entertaining and enjoying the Florida lifestyle. Upgrades include vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, dual sinks, large soaking tub and huge walk-in tile shower. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and a en suite bath. One guest bedroom contains a queen size bed and the other has a king both have easy access guests' bathrooms located nearby. One of the guests' bathrooms provides direct access to the lanai. Perfect for hosting in the summertime!

The location is superb with only a 5-minute drive to downtown Lakewood Ranch, 20 minutes to downtown Sarasota and 40 minutes from Tampa. Not to mention that Lakewood National is only a short distance to the finest beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. You'll love everything about this community.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

Please note: If another guest checks out on the same day you check in, Lakewood National amenities may not be available until 2:00 PM on the day after your arrival due to HOA processing requirements. Unfortunately, this process is outside the control of Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.
