Welcome to your dream beach vacation! This charming two-bedroom, pet-friendly condo is ideally situated within walking distance of The Hang Out. Steps to the beach, with a convenient HEATED pool area, this condo is perfect for families seeking an unforgettable getaway.

The unit features two spacious bedrooms offering comfortable King-sized beds. Additionally, there are rollout beds available to ensure ample accommodations for guests. Enjoy entertainment options such as Satellite TV and Internet for relaxation after a day full of beach activities. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer within the unit. The fully equipped kitchen allows families to prepare delightful meals while soaking in the ocean breeze.*** There are TWO internet connections available to ensure you enjoy your streaming channels or work remotely.***

Professionally managed by Poole and Associates, this Gulf Front retreat offers a wealth of amenities. One parking pass comes with your reservation total. You can purchase one additional pass by contacting our office to add the additional pass to your reservation. Linens, and a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen soap are provided. You will need to bring extra of these items, along with coffee filters, seasonings, and don't forget the beach towels. Beach chair rental is available or bring your favorite. Linens are provided, and a 'starter set' of essential items is included to kick start your vacation. Your furry companions are welcome with a dog-friendly policy. A non-refundable $225 pet fee per pet is required for up to 2 dogs. “Take a toy, leave a toy” box on the beach for the kiddos. The property has clearly outlined age requirements, check-in procedures, and smoking policies.

For winter stays during January and February, enjoy a 60-day minimum stay for reservations made before October 1st. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Contact our team for monthly 'Snowbird' rates available between November and February, making this condo an ideal seasonal escape for extended stays.

Family Vacation

Great location for beach access, restaurants, shops. We hardly moved our car- covered parking was a huge plus! This unit was roomy for having 2 big teenage boys- 2 bathrooms huge positive!!

Great location, quality property!.

Best location that we have stayed at in Gulf Shores. On the beach, mostly quiet, updated and clean, easy access! Close to restaurants and shopping. The only issue we had was that the WiFi wasn’t reliable and really weak, and created some issues with a granddaughter doing school work while spending 10 days there in October.

Gulf Shores Getaway

Very nice location and a nice unit.The only issue we had is that the door lock systemwhich is electronic, failed and locked us out 4 times during our stay. We had to find someone that could get us a new code each time.

In order to see the beach you had to lean out over the corner of the balcony to have a partial beach view. We really needed a broom to sweep the sand away, but there wasn’t one there. It was very pet friendly. I did learn to check the room better upon arrival. I did not check under beds until we were leaving, to make sure we hadn’t left anything and there was a half carton of cigarettes under the bed. Makes me question the housekeeping!! That, and the smelly fridge!!

Pros: great location, updated kitchen, cute place Cons: uncomfortable beds, loud washer/dryer, thin walls, over all loudness from other condos and traffic. Missing basic essentials. Could use some updates.

Perfectly Adequate

Great location. Only units with letter B have beach view. Unit was “pet friendly” but only had a small patch of grass about 4x4 on either side of the building up by the main street. Adequate linens and towels for a weeks stay. Washer/dryer in unit was very handy. Nicely equipped kitchen. Cute beachy decor. Would stay here again if bringing pets.

Enjoyed our location. Central to everything. The WIFI was not consistant and that impacted my stay considerably. I needed to work occasionally and couldn't. Very frustra ting! Calls for a fix did not work.

Location is great

Everything was great. Just one note that I called out was a 8 x 10 rug in the living room of a pet friendly condo. There are obviously pet owners who has allowed their animals to urinate on the rug. I contacted the owner and he appreciated me letting them know. He has removed the rug. Other than that a great place to stay right on the beach. Heated pool for those no so warm days in early April.

Great location highly recommend

This is my second time to the gulf shores. We really enjoyed our stay the place was very clean when we arrived and the location was prime. We didn’t really use the kitchen much except the frig because we ate our meals out. There are plenty of places to eat and have a cocktail very close to the condo. It seemed as if there were many renters in the building but it was quite and a good group of people. I love the beach access. The rental company was great to deal with and they made the check in process very easy. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the evening breeze on the balcony. Thank you having us we will definitely look to see if the unit is available on our next trip!

We loved this condo!

It was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The upgrades, like the kitchen appliances, built in shower seat and 55 inch TV were an unexpected delight. The beds were king size and very comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pots and pans looked new and we found everything we needed to make brownies. we were able to log into our prime account to watch movies on the television. (If you do this, don’t forget to log out again). The patio was very inviting with comfortable seating. We used it every day for coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. This condo is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We also found we were only 15 minutes from parasailing. (Yes, we did! ) We had an amazing visit and would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to the kind staff and owners from two old broads celebrating 40+ years of friendship.
