The hosts have spared no expense to ensure that the property is beautiful, inviting, and comfortable, down to all new insulation, new windows, central air, new appliances, and a new full-sized washer and dryer located in the residence. The property is in “Old Cheyenne” and is part of a historic structure, located just three blocks from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, amenities, and the State Capitol, and Cheyenne Frontier Day Parades. Take time to stroll over to the Historic Governor’s Mansion, just two blocks away.
