We provide everything you need to get started on a great family vacation. You will find 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry soap tabs, trash bag and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen; bar soap and toilet paper in each bathroom; bath, kitchen, and beach towels in the hall closet and 1 set of bed linens on the beds. Kitchen cookware, utensils, silverware, and appliances are also provided.

As you step into the house, you’ll immediately notice the open and inviting atmosphere, with 12-foot ceilings and open entertainment space for the whole family. The living area boasts ample space for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen features all brand new high-end appliances as of July 2023. The spacious island, with seating for 4, is ideal for preparing delicious meals and serves as a breakfast bar for quick meals on the go. We provide all cookware and cooking utensils including pots, pans, linens, measuring cups, bowls, and casserole dishes to make cooking easy during your stay. You’ll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

The spacious dining room offers ample seating for everyone you are traveling with. Whether you’re preparing a homemade feast for a special occasion or ordering take-out from one of the local restaurants, the dining room provides the perfect space to sit down, relax, and enjoy your meals as a family.

The downstairs master bedroom provides personal pool access, perfect for families with little ones that need a private space, with a queen-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom with pool access and a flat screen tv. The second downstairs master is a cozy, relaxing sanctuary with attached, shared handicapped bathroom and flat screen tv. Your little ones will be thrilled to discover their own Tangled and Star Wars themed bedrooms. These delightful rooms are sure to ignite their imagination and make their stay truly memorable.

To make your stay more convenient, a laundry area with a washer and new dryer are included. You can pack light and have fresh clothes whenever you need them, allowing you to fully enjoy vacation without any worries. The house also includes a grill for easy outdoor cooking and all utensils for the grill. Located just outside the patio, enjoy summer meals that are fun and convenient. Need to refill the propane tank? Please send us a picture of the receipt and we will reimburse the cost.
