-Although we have fans and a small portable AC unit, this home is not equipped with forced air or an evaporative cooler
-A 4WD vehicle is recommended in very heavy snow or rain, but if you do not have a vehicle eqipped for inclement weather, we do a have a parking spot at he bottom of the driveway, which is about a 1/4 mile walk to the studio
