Thank you for considering our beautiful strawbale home for your stay. Here are a few things to keep in mind before finalizing your booking:

1. Location: Our property is conveniently located close to the highway, but rest assured, the strawbale construction provides good sound insulation

2. Independence: This charming house is completely independent, offering you privacy .

3. Outdoor Space: Enjoy your own private backyard with a serene water feature, perfect for relaxation.
4. Bedrooms: The house features 1.5 bedrooms - not 2 bedrooms:

- Master Bedroom: A spacious room with a king-sized bed, ample closet space, a sitting area, and a computer desk.
- Half Bedroom: This cozy space, which feels like a full room, has two twin-sized beds but does not have a door.

5. Air Conditioning: The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, and there is a window unit in the living room that cools the kitchen, living, and dining areas.

6. Heating: Enjoy in-floor radiant heating throughout the house.

7. Access: There are a total of 4-6 exterior steps to reach the property—3 steps at the parking area and another 3 steps inside the private gate leading to the entrance.

8. Water: We provide bottled water for drinking and kitchen use otherwise its well water which is hard with water softener. At times water pressure may be low. Please note that this is a rural property where pets have lived. If you require a completely sterile environment or have allergies to pets, dirt or dust, it may be best to consider other options.
