Being in a nature-rich area, occasional sightings of outdoor pests like roaches can happen. We have weekly pest control — if you notice anything, let us know and we’ll send someone promptly to take care of it.

🌀 Vaping is permitted indoors.

🥄 Use only wooden spoons or non-scratching materials to avoid damaging pans (no metal utensils).
🚱 Do not put solid food down the kitchen drain.
🍽️ Please scrape plates before putting them in the dishwasher and avoid placing solid food items inside the dishwasher.

🕯️ No candles or other open flames inside the property.
🚽 Only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
👥 Visitors are welcome, as long as they do not stay overnight.
🎉 No unauthorized parties allowed
📺 Keep Roku boxes and Amazon Fire Sticks in their original spots, thank you!
🐾 Do not leave pet waste in the house.
🗑️ Do not trash the house (e.g., don’t scatter garbage everywhere).
🔒 Close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
