Please note: Resort amenities are undergoing maintenance. The Lazy River will be closed starting September 7th (6 weeks), and the main pool will be closed for 9 weeks.

This additional hideaway allows guests to enjoy moments of calm while remaining connected to the shared experience.

Together, these intentional spaces reflect Anchor Cove Villa's commitment to comfort, flexibility, and creating an environment where every guest can fully enjoy their vacation at their own pace.

A shared family bathroom with tub/shower combo is located upstairs.

This home is professionally managed by White Rose Villas, providing guests with responsive service, easy check-in, and a smooth vacation experience from booking to checkout.

IMPORTANT SOLTERRA RESORT AMENITY UPDATE:
Solterra Resort has announced scheduled renovations to its clubhouse aquatic and bar areas. The resort lazy river is expected to close beginning September 8, 2026. Renovations to the resort pool and hot tub are scheduled to begin September 22, 2026. The new bar installation will also take place during this period.
The resort currently anticipates reopening these amenities around December 14, 2026; however, this date is approximate and may change depending on construction progress, inspections, and final approvals.

During the renovation period, the clubhouse will remain open, and guests can continue to enjoy Café Sol, the fitness center, sports courts, clubhouse services, and other available activities. These closures apply only to the shared Solterra Resort amenities and do not affect the home's private swimming pool.

These renovations and amenity closures are managed by Solterra Resort and are outside the homeowner's and property manager's control. Guests booking stays during the affected dates should do so with the understanding that the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and bar may be unavailable.

Excellent

Perfect for families, this home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a superb holiday. We especially loved the coffee bar, and the resort amenities were fantastic. The whole family enjoyed the lazy river and all the activities at the clubhouse. Martha and Cailin provided great customer service and were always happy to answer my many questions. Thank you for helping make our holiday so special.

Best Villa Ever!!

This has definitely been the best Villa we have ever stayed in!! It was truly a home away from home!! We were sad to leave and wished we could have stayed longer. But we can't wait to start planning our next vacation with them again!

Safe, clean, spacious and great garage game room. Pool is heated on request and excellent safety features. Kitchen is well equipped.

Family Vacation 2026

This home was amazing. Spotless!!!Every corner of the home was immaculate, from the pristine kitchen to the fresh linens. Fantastic location within very short distance to everything we wanted to see. We chose this home in Solterra Resort because of its excellent location near Orlando’s top attractions. The property is just about 10–15 miles from Walt Disney World, making it easy for guests to reach the parks in about 15–20 minutes. It’s also conveniently located near Universal Studios, Epic Universe, SeaWorld, and Disney Springs, as well as great shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Solterra itself is a gated resort community known for its beautiful surroundings and outstanding amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, fitness center, and sports courts. It offers the perfect balance of peaceful resort living while still being close to all the excitement of Orlando’s theme parks and entertainment.
