PARTIES, EVENTS, WEDDINGS, AND GATHERINGS:
NO PARTIES, EVENTS, WEDDINGS OR LARGE GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.

NO UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE ON THE PREMISES. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INDOORS, OR OUTSIDE WITH WINDOWS OR DOORS OPEN. NO DRUGS. NO PORN.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Maximum of 10 people. Guest count must be accurate on reservation. $500 per violation or however much the guest overage would be on reservation, whichever is greater. We charge $100 per guest per night over 8 guests, which is reflected when booking with the accurate amount of guests.

No additional people on the property, unless approved in writing by the owner. $500 per violation. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.
