Mountain Design Oasis in Laax

Enjoy the fantastic ski and outdoor activity resort of Flims Laax Falera in the Swiss Alps from this quiet oasis. The newly renovated apartment offers a blend of contemporary design and chalet chic, letting you relax after a day of outdoor adventure in a cozy, comfortable, and upscale atmosphere.
The view is endless, looking out over the Rhine Valley and toward Piz Signina, and the balcony is bathed in sunshine all day long.
The kids have their own space on the gallery with games, books, and a chill-out area.

The apartment is located in Salums, a small neighborhood of Laax nestled in the forest. A ski bus departs every 40 minutes right in front of the house and reaches the Laax Murschetg base station in 5–9 minutes.

The lower level features a spacious dining and living area with an open kitchen. The high-speed internet allows you to work from home without any problems.

There’s a cozy, huge sofa, a window seat with an amazing view, and a balcony that gets sunlight all day long. For movie nights, there’s even a projector.

The kitchen is state-of-the-art and offers every appliance and accessory you can think of, including equipment for raclette and fondue.

The master bedroom is spacious, featuring an 180x200cm bed with new mattresses and a closet for storing your clothes. There is also an electric piano and electric drums for those who enjoy making music.

On the same level, the bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and excellent, dimmable lighting.

On the upper level—the gallery—is the space for teenagers or friends. It features a separate bedroom with two extendable beds (which can be used as one double or triple bed, or two single beds) and a small closet. The open area includes a chill-out zone, a large, comfortable bean bag, books, games, and toys, as well as a small desk.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, including the balcony.
The laundry area, garage, and ski storage room are shared by all four households in the building.

If you have an additional car or a tall vehicle, there is an outdoor parking space located 50 meters further up the street on the left-hand side where you can park for free.

The apartment has open stairs and is therefore not suitable for children under 3 years old.
