Big house, amazing views, clean large pool and friendly host

We had a great time at the house. The location is amazing, great views and shops and pizza restaurant nearby. The pool is very clean and big, the children and the rest of the family had a great time! Contact with the friendly host was easy and fast. We highly recommend.

Our group of 8 – family and friends - enjoyed a one week stay at the Santa Christina villas. It was all as advertised.We enjoyed the nice sized swimming pool, very welcome after a hot day. The views from the villa were outstanding, enjoying a lovely dinner overlooking the valley at night with a setting sun. Magliano Sabina, a tiny village, was very pretty. It is about 800 feet above sea level so cool at night. Our group explored the area: Orvieto, Orte and Rietl. The falls at Marmore – the biggest manmade waterfalls in the world - were worth a visit as well. We also did a one-day trip to Rome, an hour

Very nice House and location

Our family (14 persons in the age 0-70 years) spent a week in this wonderfull House. We had a very good holdiday and the House is perfect for so many people. The pool has a great size and the wiev and outside areas are formidable. It is definitely a house we can recommend. Charlotte & familiy, Denmark

Perfect quiet sunny retreat

We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception.

Vacances de rêves

Maison dans un cadre extraordinaire, sur un côteau, avec vue, de la terrasse, sur les oliviers, les vignes, la vallée et le côteau suivant. Panorama dont il est impossible de se lasser, avec couchers de soleil en prime. Pas de voisins immédiats. Belle et grande piscine. Les enfants ont adoré également jouer au ping-pong dans le pavillon en face de la propriété. Pour le tennis, beau terrain mais il faisait trop chaud… Maison confortable, spacieuse. En fait il s’agit plutôt de 2 maisons jumelées, cependant sans communication intérieure. Seule ombre au tableau, des odeurs d’égout occasionnelles dans les salles de bain. Bon contact avec la gestionnaire qui a répondu à nos demandes rapidement et a cherché à nous accommoder à toutes les fois.

A wonderful holiday

This was an ideal property for a large family gathering. The two adjoining villas provided plenty of space and the facilities were fantastic. We all enjoyed the wonderful pool with its own changing rooms with showers and toilets, and the tennis court / football pitch was an added bonus. If anything, the property exceeded our expectations and we would heartily recommend it. Mosquitoes were a bit of a problem, there were nets on the bedroom windows but we needed more effective deterrents outside. The surrounding area is very beautiful but not at all busy and 'touristy' - a very relaxing place to stay.

Wonderful Villa

we spent 4 days in this wonderful and welcoming villa, really spacious spaces tastefully furnished the owner Mrs. Laurenzia was very kind and we will definitely return in this summer structure so you can take advantage of the large and well-kept outdoor spaces and the beautiful pool

A memorable holiday

Our family (aged between 3-80 years old!) rented both Villa Domitilla and Villa Sveva last May (2008). We were immensely impressed by the accommodation and the facilities. Inside the villas were finished to a high standard, the bedrooms were spacious and all had ensuites, which is a fantastic feature. The living area downstairs was enormous and the kitchen was well equipped and great to cook in, the dishwasher and washing machine being additional benefits. The outside space was great; everywhere you looked there was a truly wonderful view. We ate outside everyday and the facilities for doing this were perfect. The pool was a really good size and the area around the pool was beautifully cared for, and lovely pool furniture was provided. There are also two spacious changing rooms and shower rooms and toilets at the poolside. Across the road from the villas there is an all weather five a side football pitch/tennis court and also a table tennis room. All racquets and balls are provided. The tennis court has to have one of the best views from a tennis court in Italy if not the world! It was spectacular. We spent many fun hours at the tennis court. The Villas are situated about 15 minutes drive from a train station where you can catch a train into Rome for only 7 euros return and are also close to towns like Orvieto. There is a good supermarket about five minutes by car and a family oriented restaurant I would not hesitate to recommend these villas and we will definitely be returning soon.
