The accommodations were very comfortable and well stocked. There was a small problem with the TV but the issue was troubleshot and resolved within minutes and no other issues needed reporting.

Great location and comfortable stay

We stayed for 4 nights to explore Lake Tahoe. This was the perfect place for a couple to stay who want to explore the area. We rode our bikes and hiked. We enjoyed having a full kitchen to cook our meals so we didn’t have to eat out. I highly recommend this.

Unfortunately the noise isolation is pretty poor. There were some very noisy people in the floor above us. Every single step we could feel it inside at 3 am

Good stay

The condo is well located on lakefront property close to restaurants, grocery stores and walking/biking trails. It is cooled by an AC wall unit located a couple of feet from the bed, but thankfully it was cool enough to open windows and doors to stay comfy without using the AC unit.

Great location!

The place is exactly as pictured. It was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. Close to shopping, grocery stores and the beach. Would 100% stay here again. Check in was a little difficult because our code didn't work but the property team was very responsive. I would also suggest they add coasters and an extra fan.

Perfect stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location! We loved having lake access, full kitchen fully equipped, large hot tub, fire pits, easy walking to restuarants and grocery stores, close to hiking trails. We didn't know the first week of October is when they shut the front pool down for the season, we were sad that hot tub wasn't open since it had lake view. I definitely would recommend and stay again!

Nice place to relax

My husband and I just wanted to get away for a few days, decided Tahoe would be a nice road trip for a few hours. Location was easy to find, and the unit is in the same building when checked in. This was convenient because the elevator would take you all the way down to the garage. The unit was clean and comfortable with a fireplace and balcony. It rained mostly at night, chilli but not cold down to the bone. The host checked in with us the first night, made me feel "at home". We really enjoyed our relaxing stay, would return here again.

Nice location

Easy communication and check-in. Onsite lodge staff were friendly and helpful. It was very clean. Onsite amenities were good and location was good. The unit appears to have been recently updated and is attractive. Small appliances like toaster and coffee maker worked really well. The kitchen had a good selection of dishes (except glassware). The 3 star rating is because of the old furniture, which needs updating. The mattress is uncomfortable, soft, and sags in the middle. The pillows are large and overstuffed, but not comfortable for sleeping. The sofa was super uncomfortable and unusually shallow in seat depth so we only used it briefly. The chairs on the balcony were much more comfortable than the indoor furniture. I could have tolerated the other bad furniture if it wasn’t for the bad bed - we just didn’t end up sleeping very well and woke up stiff most mornings. If they replace the mattress, this would be a good place to stay. Overall, it was a mixed bag.

Kathryn, thank you so much for your feedback of the home! We are thrilled this location was good for you and your group! We are so sorry to hear the furniture and mattresses were uncomfortable for you. Mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. However, we have shared your review with the owners for their consideration and have inspected all mattresses, pillows and furniture to make sure no replacements are needed. We hope we can host you in beautiful South Lake Tahoe again soon, Kathryn!

We really enjoyed our room, very nice bathroom as well and a nice cold room! We found the checkout/cleanup process very reasonable and simple as well which was a plus. Great location as well, many restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries within walking distance.
