Discover one of the most charming areas of Paris, by staying in the heart of the Ile Saint-Louis on the Seine.
The island, perfectly located between Le Marais and Notre Dame de Paris, is protected from the bustle of the city and retains its small-town atmosphere.
This apartment was fully renovated by a French architect to combine its historic grandeur with contemporary comfort.

The Space:

The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen
- 1 Dining area with a long bar and 8 comfortable stools
- 2 Shared bathrooms (one toilet included in one of them)

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed
- Bedroom 3 with mezzanine (1m/3ft high and no window)
- Living room : convertible sofa into a bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 6 people, and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment is equipped with:
Bath and bed linen, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
High speed Wifi, 2 TVs: 1 TV in the living room and 1 TV in the master bedroom
a washer dryer, a hair dryer,

The Neighborhood:
From the apartment, you can walk a few minutes on the “rue Saint Louis en l’île" to reach Aragon place and enjoy a breathtaking view of the capital. You are also right by the lovely Seine banks where you can take a stroll at any time of the day.
The neighborhood is a historical and central area of Paris, from which you can easily explore the city and its iconic landmarks (Notre Dame, Marais, Louvre) or simply enjoy its lively shops, restaurants, cafés and bakeries.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released.

- Respecting the House Rules
Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises.
No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept.

Additionally, please note that:
In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1500 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival

Luxury??
Great location- a little noisy because it is across the street from a school (only in the morning and afternoon and a construction site) but that was disclosed. Luxury is a fairly subjective term I guess. The apartment certainly had large art works on the walls and marble on the floors and countertops and fake marble on the walls. The kitchen was tiny but servicable.. However, it was definitley not a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom in the usual context of that expression. There was only one toilet in the entire apartment. One of the bathrooms had a wall mounted sink that was so small I couldn't even brush my teeth in it without spilling water on the floor. Great showers. Two of the bedrooms were great-- the third was a tiny loft that was not more than 5 feet tall above the two bathrooms that was only big enough for a mattress that was thrown on the floor- definitely not LUXURY. Also, the "AC" was a tired old portable unit that was plumbed into the chimney/fireplace that blew warm air after being set at 62 F for more than a few hours. Love the location but the owner and VRBO need to work on the transparency of the listing.

This apartment is well presented and is in a beautiful location surrounded by buzzing restaurants & cafes. I would stay here again but with a maximum of four guests. The third "bedroom" is just a mezzanine level with a mattress on the floor. There isn't room for any bedroom furniture and there isn't room to stand up. Also worth noting is the second bathroom does not have a toilet, it only contains a shower. But we did enjoy our stay here and I would highly recommend this property but not for a large party (there were seven of us on our trip).

Quirky, fun, comfy, well laid out. One gripe…and this goes for many places—the comforters are too heavy/hot and there aren’t any lighter options.

Nice in Paris Île Saint-Louis
Great communication with host (a management company). Super location in the heart of Île Saint-Louis. Close to major attractions and in a nice quiet and safe location. This rental is newly remodeled and looks just like this pictures. It’s listed as a 3 BR and 2 BA, but one of the bedrooms is an upstairs loft with about a 4 ft ceiling (could be good for younger kids) and the there is one full bathroom (with toilet, sink, and shower) and right next to it a shower room with a sink (no toilet). It’s a small, but very nice rental. All this worked just fine for us. We were a family of two adult couples.
