This beautiful oceanfront home is located on the non-driving beach in New Smyrna Beach. Yet, it is only about a block away from the driving part of the beach if you desire to drive your vehicle directly on the beach. New Smyrna is one of the best beaches in Florida and attracts all people from different walks of live. The property is located close to restaurant, shops, bars and the famous Flagler Strip.

This private property offers two homes, courtyard, outdoor fire place, an outdoor shower and a pool.

The front home is a one level home with two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms, a full size kitchen that is open to the living room and fireplace. Large sliding glass doors allow for beautiful ocean views and opens to the outdoor space. The outdoor space is completely fenced in and provides a pool (Pool heater available for an additional cost), a built-in propane gas fire place with seating area and lots of other space to play and relax.

Both homes are divided by a paved courtyard for parking with some grassy areas for pets to enjoy. An outdoor shower is also located there, making it easy for rinsing off after spending time on the sandy beach or in the salty ocean.

The two story home is located directly behind the front home.
The first level of this home offers a living room, a full kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom. The second floor provides a living room, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large balcony with ocean views.

For entrainment outside the home, restaurants, shopping, Cape Canaveral National Seashore, live bands, fishing, boating, surfing, tennis, golf, and spas are available for nearby enjoyment. Theme parks, such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Aquatica, and Volcano Bay, are located in Orlando about 83 miles (approximately 1 hour and 15minutes) away. Besides parks, Orlando also offers world-class shopping and performing arts.
The famous Daytona 500 is located about 20 minutes north. St. Augustine, a beautiful must seen City is only about one hour away. Airport, such as Daytona Beach, Sanford or Orlando International range from 20 minutes to 1 hour away.

All guests are required to sign a contract, house rules compliance agreement, liability waiver and if applicable pet addendum before starting their vacation. We also require a copy of a Photo ID for each guest over the age of 18 that will be staying at the house. Documents will be send via email once booking is confirmed.
