This coastal oasis is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a corner lot which provides plenty of privacy and serenity. Enjoy the many songs from beautiful local birds as they do their daily visits to our inviting home. Private backyard and front porch to enjoy.
Guests will have full private access to the home. Given that guest sign and submit our rental conditions and pre-arrival form, guests will access the home via smart lock system using a secure pin code that will be sent 1-day prior to arrival via email or booking channel. The name of the primary guest on the reservation and a picture ID will be required along with the signed rental agreement and pre-arrival form.
