Our property was amazing! This place is gorgeous. It is a great location and space for a girls' trip. The management company was VERY unhelpful and very unprofessional. I called two days before our check-in date requesting an early check-in and was told oh that should not be a problem because no one was renting the property before us and to call when we land in Savannah. We called the day of check-in and were told we could not get in until the property was clean, but that we could drop off our bags at the hotel on Tybee that they also manage. I called again around 3 to see if the property was available because we were about to be on the island and the lady rudely told me no and that I would receive an email at check-in time. I asked for some type of compensation since we had to pay to uber to a hotel and then get another kind of transportation to the property, costing us an additional $60. The lady was very rude. She said she couldn't couldn't do anything about it "because she was in Savannah, not Tybee Island.". Once it was 4:15 and I had not received any information about check-in I called AGAIN and asked them. I was sent a text with a link....that did not include an access code. Finally, at 4:30 (30 minutes after check-in) we were able to get into the property. So the first day of travel was very unpleasant due to the poor management.
