Full Bathroom: Conveniently located on the first level, the bathroom is well-appointed and easily accessible for all guests.

Living Area: The heart of the cabin, with a gas fireplace as its centerpiece. This inviting space is ideal for curling up with a good book or enjoying a chat by the warm glow of the fire. Two brand new Coddle Me Sofa Bed couches have been added for your comfort!

Kitchen: A culinary enthusiast's delight, this well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up delicious meals. Its open layout keeps the chef connected with the rest of the group.

Dining Nook: Adjacent to the kitchen, this quaint area is perfect for enjoying meals, morning coffees, or an evening glass of wine, all while savoring the view outside.

Queen Bedroom: A cozy bedroom with Queen sized bed, offering a serene space to unwind after a day of exploration.

Master Bedroom: The crown jewel of the cabin, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed. This spacious room is a serene sanctuary for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee or a glass of wine off your private balcony overlooking the river.

Master Bath: Attached to the master bedroom, it includes a jacuzzi tub built for two, adding a touch of luxury and romance to your stay.
Guest Access and Amenities

Keyless Entry: Both the front and back doors are equipped with keyless entry for your convenience. The code will be provided with the check-in information.

Alarm System: We have an alarm system installed that you are welcome to use for added security. The code will be sent before check-in.

Outdoor Delights: Step outside to your personal nature sanctuary. The 6-person hot tub awaits, offering relaxation with soothing river sounds as a backdrop. Cook a delicious meal on our 28in Blackstone Griddle or our mini Kamado Joe smoker/grill. Gather around the firepit for evening storytelling, marshmallow roasting, or stargazing.

We've recently installed a new balcony gate, offering additional peace of mind for families traveling with children. This enhancement ensures a safer, more secure environment for your little ones to enjoy the great outdoors alongside you.

We are pleased to provide two complimentary passes that grant up to 8 guests full access to the myriad amenities at Coosawattee River Resort. Please place them back on their hook when you are done using or there will be a $50 fee if they are lost. Please ensure to adhere to the resort's rules and guidelines to enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience. We cannot not be held responsible or give refunds if any of the amenities are not available at the time of your stay.
