We found the house to be as advertised, large and accomodating to our group. The communal areas were very welcome, loud or quiet. It is a very comfortable house, from sofas to beds. We had a lovely time.

This house was beautiful and could have been perfect. Every day we were fighting to get the air lower than 82. It would get down to like 75 then next thing we know it’s 82 again. The window unit that was not pictured blew the breaker for the living room tv so we had no tv in the main room. The fridge was also not very cool. I tried to be nice about this and planned to not leave a review. However we received a charge for $400. $125 was for parking with the other golf carts at the public beach access. The damage they sent us a picture of was there the day we arrived however we paid this in full. Looking back I guess I should have sent a picture to them but after spending 6000+ I didn’t think I needed to walk around taking pics of all the damage. We have tried to dispute the charge and haven’t had a response.

Disappointed by Management response to house issues
When we arrived the wifi was not working and there was no electricity in the primary bedroom. We immediately reported the issues. However, it took the management company 48 to figure out they had the wrong wifi password. My husband and I had intended to work from the house while our children enjoyed Seagrove. These plans were disrupted because had to drive to Starbucks to work for those days. The electricity in the primary bedroom remained out for our entire stay. Not only were we not able to use the primary bedroom but we had maintenance personnel in the house multiple times a day every day, including in a bedroom where the breaker box was located. This was a huge inconvenience b/c it required us to be out of bedrooms and bathrooms during their visits. At the end of the stay the management company only offered a $200 refund for a 5-night stay, of which I have still not received!
