Mango II ist 3600 Quadratfuß. Der Grundriss von Mango II besteht aus sechs Schlafzimmern, sechs Bädern, einem Wohnbereich, einem Essbereich, einer Küche und zwei Balkonen. Der offene, einstöckige Grundriss wurde entworfen, um große Gruppen sehr bequem unterzubringen.

Der Wohnbereich, der Essbereich und der Golfbalkon sind jeweils groß genug, um Ihre gesamte Gruppe von 18 Personen gleichzeitig unterzubringen. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einen DVR, eine IPOD / IPHONE / CD-Stereo-Dockingstation und eine DVD. Wir haben WLAN im ganzen Haus

Fünf der Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten. Das sechste Schlafzimmer ist ein großer Schlafraum mit zwei Etagenbetten mit 4 großen Matratzen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer und einen Fernseher. Zwei der Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett verfügen über Whirlpools und teilen sich einen privaten Balkon. Wir können Ihre Säuglinge mit Rudel unterbringen und Kinderbetten spielen, wenn Sie dies wünschen.

Mango II befindet sich in der obersten Etage des Mango Mansion. Mango I (vrbo 7153) belegt die mittlere Etage mit identischem Grundriss. Das Erdgeschoss ist ein überdachter Parkplatz unter dem Haus. Wenn Ihre Gruppe bis zu 18 Personen umfasst, buchen Sie entweder Mango I oder Mango II. Wenn Ihre Gruppe aus 19-36 Personen besteht, buchen Sie beide Einheiten und genießen Sie den Luxus, in diesem prächtigen Haus unter einem Dach zu sein!

Das Mango Mansion befindet sich am Strand des Highway 30-A, etwa 1,6 km östlich von Seaside Village. Der Strand ist ca. 30 Meter zu Fuß vor der Hintertür über unseren privaten Gehweg.

Das Mango Mansion verfügt über einen privaten Pool, den nur Mango I und Mango II gemeinsam nutzen. Ein neunzehn Meilen langer, asphaltierter Rad- / Wanderweg kreuzt unsere Auffahrt. Fahrradverleih sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Weltklasse-Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Angeln, Golfen, Tennis, Wassererholung in State Parks und vieles mehr sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The house was great and the beach and the water was amazing. There were 4 flights of stairs to get up and down which was hard to get things to the condo. Also, we couldn’t access the gate to get to the beach. I had to text the owner and we had to go through another gate which was a little inconvenient. I tried to do a late check out even if I had to pay but the owner wouldn’t respond to my message

The house and beach were gorgeous. The air was not working when we got there and took a while to cool off. The closet door in the room I stayed in was broken and kept hitting the door. Be ready for lots of steps inside the house and going to the beach. On our last night, new beach gates were installed and it took a while to be able to access the beach. We found a dead bird in the fireplace.

Amazing home!!
This home is amazing and was absolutely perfect for all of us. Location was great. Home is as shown in pictures, maybe even better. Highly recommend it. I did read reviews about communication and they are true. Communication could be a lot better. As someone who also has a home on rental sites, I was surprised by the timeliness of the communication. With that said, we would still definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Perfect Weekend
My sorority had its annual retreat here, and we had a blast! The space was perfect, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beach was a 2-minute walk away, and there were several restaurants and shopping outlets nearby. We have the proximity of PCB without the crowd and noise. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Overall this was a great vacation. This property had everything we needed to accommodate our family and the needs for kids. There was plenty of beach chairs and toys to use for the beach. Definitely bigger than what it looks in the picture. Just a few minor issues we had, two of the bedroom TVs didn’t turn and we tried everything, one room had mold on the ceiling, couldn’t find the light switch for pool lights and the WIFI wasn’t great not a strong signal and kept going in and out so some couldn’t get their work done. Be prepared for stairs. Four flights to get up to property and then stairs to get to the beach. Thank you for letting us stay at your property.

Really loved this place. One row of houses off the beach. Great ocean view but can't see the beach. Was stocked well, after reading some reviews took extra stuff with us that we didn't need because they had most things there. Some reviews complained about Melanie not getting back to them, but she answered all our questions promptly. Had 9adults and 8 kids ranging from just under 2 to 10. Had plenty of room for everyone and the little ones loved running g up and down the long hallway. Will stay there again if we take the whole family back to Florida.

We were in town for a wedding and the place was great for staying with family. The location is wonderful and the pool was great for windy Beach days. The only complaint was the cleaning crew missed some things. There were dirty dishes in the oven as well as a cooked on spill of something, coffee grinds still in the coffee pot and if you opened drawers or cabinets they were dirty. Probably just needed a good deep clean. The location, size and view made up for it.

overall great vacay!
We were a little disappointed about how far away we were from the beach as we thought it was beachfront BUT we didnt have to cross a street or anything so overall a great place! The house is HUGE.. we had enough people to fill the rooms and beds but still had plenty of room to live comfortably for the week! We werent crowded or anything.. was impressed on the size for sure! Our complaint inside was the TV's, one didnt work at all and the others had a hard time connecting to cable but we were there to watch TV so cant complain too much! I'd say the house just needs to stress that there is a duplex between you and the beach so yes you can see the ocean but can not see the sand.. and thats the top floor, the first floor may not have seen either.

the house was well equipped and clean. From the picture it looked to be right on the beach but it was actually one house back from it. That was disappointing but not something that was that big of a deal to us. It was only a short walk. The beach was beautiful and not crowded so that was great as well. Beautiful Place
This was a beautiful home and had plenty of room. We have a large family and this home made a perfect place for the whole family to get away. There is no elevator and the steps are a little daunting. As long as everyone is able to climb the steps, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the porches await.

House is huge so plenty of room for big groups . How ever showers in master bed room are in top of high bath tub my family gel at least twice not convenient for elderly. Supplies for TP , dish soap and other supplies are not provided . Did washer did not work well. Our room did not have enough blankets. When asked for help we Barry got any response . Code worked great. However no instructions on code for beach access , beach chairs were limited.no umbrellas. Over all too much price for limited service .

Good property, terrible communication
Great location! Close to so many stores, restaurants, etc. on 30A. The house could use some updating but you can’t beat the size if you have a large group. Each couple/family in our group had their own room and bathroom which was great! The only major issue I had was communication with the owner. I sent multiple messages before our trip asking some questions but I never got a response. I was never even sent the check in information until the morning of our trip. We frantically made back up plans just in case we got there and couldn’t get into the house. All of that made my planner’s heart very nervous. We ended up making the best of it and had a great trip, I just wish the communication had been better!

Beautiful Vacation Home many pluses only a 1 Negative
The property is absolutely amazing! Each room was spacious and had its own full bathroom which was a huge plus with the amount of people staying there. The 2 Master bedrooms at the end of the long hallway connect by the balcony on the outside which was very nice. I was lucky enough to stay in one of those rooms (my name was pulled ). It was so much more spacious with a walk in closet a bathroom with his and hers sinks and a Whirlpool bathtub. The balcony towards the beach was nice. The view was not directly to the ocean as there is a property in front of it but it was still nice to have breakfast or just coffee there in the mornings and there is a partial view of the beach and overlooked the pool . This was also a good hangout for the teenagers in our group due to the long picnic table that allowed them to play games and hang out. There were board games, plenty of beach chairs, and beach accessories at the property for our use. The beach was a short walking distance, and just keep in mind you have to go set up your spot as early as possible (6am) to get a good spot in front of the water. if you don't its not too bad just for picture purposes it helps if you are on the front line. I would return to this property again!! the only negatives that i can say is due to the property being on the 3rd floor it was very hard and tiring to bring all out luggage/food/coolers etc. up to the 3rd floor. and also just dealing with the stairs every time we went to the beach or pools. It was ok for me but out parents did have a hard time. just keep that in mind if you have older people coming on your trip. Also a suggestion i would change the sheets on a couple of the rooms the bedding was looking a little wore out. Other than that everything else was smooth and we would go back to this property if our parents were not coming with us.

Several issues - disappointing! If maintenance & cleanliness issues are addressed, could be nice
The house is large, great proximity to beach; however we had several issues with the property during our stay. Upon arrival we were told that the pool pump was broken, but chemicals were being added. Water was murky and dirty. The condo was very hot. We set the thermostat to 70, but it would not cool down below 78 in the living area. Floors were also very dirty; our crawling grandchildren had black feet, knees, and hands after only an hour. We contacted Melanie about issues. She initially stated the pool was “good to go”. She responded that maintenance would come Sunday, and offered to move us down to Mango 1. We elected to stay because we had just moved our large family in and had been assured she was sending techs to take care of issues. Upon first use of dryer, discovered it took 3 cycles to dry. Dishwasher not bolted to counter and falling out when loading. No one arrived to address anything until Monday evening. Melanie’s family, Tyla and her husband were very kind and cleaned the floors, secured the dishwasher, and cleaned out the dryer vent. Prior to repair, Tyla pushed on the dishwasher door when it was open, it fell out breaking 2 glasses. Dryer still took 2 cycles to dry. Tyla called Melanie and reported our remaining issues including AC, pool, and refrigerator not cooling well. We were told that she called emergency service for AC, pool, and frig who would all come on Monday. No one had come by Tuesday evening so we contacted Melanie. She offered again to move us, and after all of the unresolved issues we decided to move the family and informed her of our decision; however hours later she had not sent the code and then rescinded her offer stating she did “not want to incur the additional cleanIng fee for second unit.”. Melanie’s solution was for us to just leave and she’d refund a portion. As this was our family vacation we stayed. AC tech finally arrived on Wednesday; drain line was plugged causing sensor to shut off cooling. Worked better after Wed. Pool pump replaced Wednesday afternoon; quit working again Friday morning. Two different pool techs both stated the pump had been broken for 2 weeks and “the water was gross and I would not get in it”. We booked here based on the good reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was not good. We remained respectful and patient with Melanie. Choosing to be honest but show grace. “So in everything do to others what you would have them do To you.” Matthew 7:12

Great location and layout of home.
We had a great time in this beautiful home! It was a great layout for our big group and very family friendly with a table that allowed us all to sit for dinner. Only thing that could have been better was a toilet that didn’t work the whole week (and we contacted the property manager multiple times and it was never fixed) and the pool pump was broken which made the pool gross.

I am the middle child in a loving family with 4 brothers. As a large family, we enjoy and have been enjoying the gulf beach for over thirty five years. We love the beautiful water, the white beaches, the award-winning restaurants and the many activities available. We are excited about having Mango I and Mango II to share with other families who wish to experience the beach! Mango Mansion is truly our "home away from home" as we live only a little over an hour away in rural southeast Alabama. We are at Mango as often as our busy work and school schedules will allow us to do so. When we can't be there, we find it rewarding to know that our home is filled with family love and laughter. Our hope is for our guests to experience all the joy and fun we have when we gather at Mango with family and friends. Why did we choose 'Fullquiver' for our vacation rentals? From Psalm 127:3-5 we read that children are a gift from God and blessed is he whose quiver is full. As you can see from the photo, our quiver is very full! Together we are known as the "Fullquiver Gang": My parents, John and Karen Simmons, their five grown children (John,David,Melanie,Paul and Mark), our wonderful spouses (Vivian,Stephanie,Seth and Kristina) and of course all the adorable grandchildren.

The entire Seagrove Beach area is convenient to a wide variety of beach activities including shopping,dining, water activities and entertainment. In addition you can access a paved walking/bicycling path from our driveway that runs for miles east and west along Hwy 30-A.

With a spacious living/dining area, there is room to accommodate everyone when we all wish to be together. On the other hand, we all have our own bedroom and bathroom when we wish to retire on our own.
