Located amongst the Pisan Hills about 200m above sea level, not too far from the Tuscan coast, Villa Cappuccini is a country house with private pool for 8 people. The area is providing traditional Tuscan villages among the vineyard, an Archeological Museum, the Russian Icons Museum and the Madonna del Carmine Church. Nearest cities will be Pisa (50km), Siena (80km), Volterra (25km) and San Gimignano (30km).

Villa Cappuccini is set over two levels

Ground floor: You will find the main living spaces: kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and dining room with table and chairs. A utility room is available with washing machine. There is a living room with sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, IPod reader and piano. A guest WC is available on this level.

First floor: You will find a sitting room with sofa, fireplace and armchairs and four bedrooms (three doubles and one twin). Three of them have en-suite shower bathroom, WC, bidet and washbasin and one of them a bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.

The external area features a covered terrace with garden furniture and dining table and chairs, a built-in BBQ, a swimming pool (12m x 6m and depth 2.30m; open from 1 May to 30 September; before/after this period can be opened at 200 euro supplement) with outdoor shower, sun loungers, a garden area and parking space.
