The B&B with its new, fresh and welcoming rooms is located in La Strea, in Porto Cesareo, just 100 meters from the sea. The property for holiday rentals in Salento has a large garden, well furnished so you can enjoy relaxing moments outside. The B&B is equipped with all necessary accessories such as air conditioning, internet wi-fi and washing machine in shared laundry area. Every morning a good healthy breakfast is served. Animals are not allowed.

Comfort (camera tripla) is on the first floor of the bed&breakfast, recently built and developed on 2 levels. The garden, in addition to the relaxing chairs , has a large shady veranda where every morning the owner of the B&B surprises its guests with a fresh, healthy breakfast, that satisfy all tastes and habits.
The room is accessible through an easy external staircase. It`s spacious,modern and well cared for. The rental room has a double bedroom, a single bed and is equipped with air conditioning, tv e internet wi-fi, an en suit bathroom with shower and a private terrace with table and chairs. The guests of room 4 also benefit from a private parking space and all shared areas.

The bed&breakfast rents its rooms in La Strea, Porto Cesareo, one of the most famous destinations of Salento to spend a holiday vacation. The B&B is just 100 meters from the sea. The equipped beaches are just a few kilometers away such as the beach of Sant`Isidoro( only 3 km away) On the other hand the center of Porto Cesareo is just 2 km from the B&B. Torre Lapillo,with its magnificent and popular beaches like Punta Prosciutto andRiva degli Angeli are only10 kilometers away. A must to visit isGallipoli and the Natural park of Porto Selvaggio.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Breakfast available from 8am to 10am.
- Third bed with extra payment of 25% per day.
