Βρίσκεται σε έναν ήσυχο και απομονωμένο δρόμο στην ιστορική συνοικία Μαρέ.
Αυτή η ήρεμη και πολύ ιδιωτικό διαμέρισμα 2 υπνοδωματίων προσφέρει κάθε διευκόλυνση λίγα μόνο βήματα από την Place des Vosges, το Μουσείο Carnavalet και το πολυσύχναστο κέντρο της συνοικίας Marais.

Basically good
Location, location location… This place is a good value in a great location. Close to everything you’re gonna want to see and do in Paris. But note, if you have a single body more than four people – – two of them being kids – – this is going to be a tight, tight. Note that it’s a tad spare, not “Lux” but this is exactly what my husband, Family and I were looking for

Amazing location in the Marais
I can't say enough good things about the location of this apartment. It is on a well-traveled but still fairly quiet street in the Marais, close to tons of shopping and restaurants and only 2 blocks from the St. Paul Metro stop. Note that it is a 3rd floor walk up, which was a bit of a challenge after a long day and in the heat. The size and configuration of the apartment were perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 10). Our only real gripe was that it was very hot and humid when we were there. There is no air conditioning, which is typical of traditional French apartments. However, one of the 2 small portable fans in the apartment did not work, and the owner did not respond to our multiple requests about this. This made it uncomfortable to be in the apartment during the daytime and difficult to sleep during the hottest nights.

Perfect in the heart of the Marais!
The apartment far exceeded our expectations, right in the heart of the Marais. It’s comfortable, clean, and really did feel like our own home in Paris. There is so much in walking distance too: two blocks to Place de Vosges, 5 minutes from the Picasso Museum, 2 blocks to the Metro, 2 blocks to groceries, bread shops, wine shop, cafes…perfect for our family of three.

Great Location!
The neighborhood is so fabulous and the flat is adorable. It could use a little upkeep - the front door is missing a handle, the dishwasher is broken and the cabinets in the bathroom are falling off the wall. But it’s a great location and super cute little spot and we had a lovely stay!

Love the location
I loved it that we were able to walk from the Bastille to the Arc de Triomphe. The Picasso museum was just around the corner and the many grocery stores on Rivoli, especially the bakeries were a joy.

Cute but rough around the edges
Lovely neighborhood and the flat is housed on a fairly quiet street. A management service seems to care for the property now. Communication was good before arrival and they helped set up transportation. However, we were informed several days before we left for our trip that check in was only between 4pm and 7 pm. If you arrive late in the evening, this could be a problem. Our train was two and a half hours late and we ended up having to take a taxi, so we didn't arrive to the flat until 8:30. Our greeter graciously stayed and waited for us, but we were in constant communication with her. The flat itself was quaint, but a little rough (imagine your 80-90 year old grandmother's house). The dishwasher/oven unit was under repair and unusable, the toaster was broken, the fan another reviewer described didn't blow air, and the shower drain was very slow. Overall, if you are looking for an authentic Parisian experience (like staying at your grandmother's house), this is the place. We enjoyed our stay once we got used to the quirks, but probably wouldn't stay there again.

Lovely flat in the heart of the Marais
This is a lovely apartment just two blocks from the beautiful Place des Vosges, right in the heart of Le Marais. There is also a very interesting museum on the history of Paris less than a block away and some superb boulangeries and coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. The St. Paul Metro stop is also less than a 5 minute walk, so it is a good base for exploring the rest of Paris. There were four of us (two adults, one teen, one 11-year old) and we fit comfortably. The flat is tasteful and airy and (as mentioned above) superbly located. There were a few minor inconveniences. For instance, we had to purchase toilet paper and laundry detergent, and there are not enough plates for a family of four. I should emphasize that these were very small problems and did not diminish our enjoyment. The owner is very helpful and allowed us to store our bags in the flat before check-in. This was enormously helpful, so we could drop our luggage and explore Paris while we waited for the flat to be cleaned. The internet was not working when we arrived, and he helped us eventually get it running again. It is a fourth-floor walk-up, so this is not the apartment for you if stairs are an issue. On the whole, we loved this flat and would stay there again.

Excellent location and centrally located
Great apartment for a family of 4, with 2 teenagers and my young adult son. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, not including the main floor and there are no elevators due to the historical nature of the building. The apartment is charming. with windows to welcome a cross breeze in the summer warm days. there is no AC but there is a portable fan which aids in circulating the air. The owners and property management are responsive and proactive. Thank you for a wonderful experience looking forward to returning in the springtime.

Excellent location close to Metro stop, restaurants and shopping . The space was perfect for our family of 4 (parents + two teens). Property was clean and reasonably stocked. Helpful assistance from managers with arranging airport transportation, restaurant suggestions. I felt that they were an available helpful backup. Property off of main roads so less city noise at night. 3 flights of stairs without elevator so would not be suitable for persons with mobility issues.

Great location and a nice apartment
My family and I stayed here for a week in May. The location is excellent as the Metro is close as are a number of restaurants and historical sites. Ludovic and Maeva are helpful hosts that ensured we knew about the apartment's features and the local area. The only downside is that there is a washer but no dryer so we had to dry out clothes on the towel warmer which wasn't ideal. Overall, a great place to stay and we recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time in Paris. The apartment was situated in the center of the marais just like.
We arrived and the owner was waiting for us. He kindly explained everything to us. The kids had their room and so did we. It was very quiet and central. We walked easily from one place to another. The appartement was equipped as described. We had a lovely time together in Paris.
