That means there will always be someone available either in person or via the phone, Whatsapp or E-mail :) You will also meet one of us in person during your check-in where we will show you around and give you the keys.

Other things to note
The apartment has a lift , but it is extremely important to always close this properly when used! When doors are remained open, the elevator wont move between the floors.
