Villa Bia is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Bia you will enjoy a fascinating view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Villa Bia is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private jacuzzi pool, private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Vico Equense, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 700 meters (770 yards), the stop for the local bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Seiano Beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villa Bia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Bia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the beginning of October.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic citrus trees and by an awning. The garden is equipped with small sofas and armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and a gazebo. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the owners, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Ground FloorVerandah
The verandah is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the living room. Is equipped with two sofas and an armchair. You will find tables and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a spectacular view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The verandah is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Portugal pink marble. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the verandah and the garden through three French doors. The room also has three large panoramic windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is very well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is an elegant fireplace decorated in marble. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include an armchair. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the verandah and the garden. The room also has two large panoramic windows with a view of the swimming pool.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it through an access area.
First FloorBedroom 1 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.

The terrace is 130 square meters (1400 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of November. You will be able to enter it along an external stairway, climbing 34 steps. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs, as well as with sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea.
