Holiday home with separate spa area and sauna located by Fjand. The cottage appears bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The house is also energy-friendly with both a heat pump and solar cell system, thereby allowing for lower consumption. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo with radio and CD player. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hob, separate freezer, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. For the youngest guests there is a cot and high chair. The house has three bedrooms, all with double beds. Bathroom with bathing environment, shower, underfloor heating and whirlpool and access to the house's sauna. Guest bathroom with bathing area, shower and underfloor heating. There is also a washer and dryer. There are several terraces (both open and covered) with good garden furniture, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the area. The garden is large and closed, so you have the opportunity for privacy. There is sandbox. Not for rent to youth groups.
