This delightful and quiet 60 sq.mt apartment is located on the fifth floor of a characteristic period building without a lift which in 1600 was an ancient nunnery. Located in the most ancient and characteristic heart of the historic center of Rome, overlooking a semi-pedestrian street, less than 300 meters from Piazza Navona, Montecitorio and Ara pacis. Walking through the typical Roman streets, you will discover the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna and much more: all in the immediate vicinity! Crossing the Ponte sul Tevere, in a few minutes you will be in Castel Sant'Angelo and then in Via della Conciliazione and Piazza San Pietro.
The house consists of a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a living room with a double sofa bed and a single puff.
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and moka.
The bathroom has a shower, bidet and hairdryer.
Additional services available to guests: WiFi, TV, heating with electric heaters and fan heaters, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival, a tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-ins must be arranged directly with the hotel and include a supplement as follows: - 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24.00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
