the reason for value for money so low is because the place was fine well equipped and clean but the booking agent would not contact the home owner for us and there was no info on how to contact the owner. We needed to find out if there was any compassion to our dilemma as we had to change our travel plans within 36hrs and we would then be charged for two weeks that we could not be there but needed to return to Canada . Cottages.com would not refund any amount we booked for 28 days and did not even receive any conformation 36 hrs latter when we needed to cut short our stay by 14 nights , then would not contact the owner to explain why beyond our control to change our stay in the UK .therefor be careful in the number of days you book because cottages.com will not help in any way to make changes .

The property was in a great location, within easy walking distance of Bognor'sattractions, especially handy for Hotham Park. The little house was very well equipped and had ample space for a couple. Access in and out of town by car to the main routes was simple and it was a real bonus to have properly road parking. Wi-Fi was a good speed and reliable. Really liked the pretty back garden too. A good holiday home for pet owners. ,

Had a great 4 days here with family and 2 small dogs.
Had a great 4 days here with family and 2 small dogs. The weather was comically unkind, but didn't affect our enjoyment of Bognor or staying at Woodford House. Pretty much everything we needed was provided, we just brought food and drink. The house is compact but plenty big enough for 4, the small enclosed garden looked great, but was too wet to enjoy thanks to the weather. The location, just opposite Hotham Park, was ideal for dog-walking, and the town centre was a mere 10-12 minutes walk away, the beach just a couple more :-) The written guidance was useful on how to make things work, what to do with rubbish, where dogs were allowed etc. etc. so we weren't stuck figuring things out at all. In summary, a great place for a short, dog-friendly stay in sunny (!) Bognor.

Lovely bijou cottage .clean well equipped warm and cosy. no shaver socket and not suitable for mobility impaired people.
