This relaxing holiday property offers generously sized open plan living space with under floor heating and double doors opening to the patio for wonderful indoor/outdoor living.
A corner sofa sits at one side of the living space with the Smart flat screen and electric wood burner to give atmosphere on a winter's night and there's a Lloyd Loom chair for guests who prefer to sit more upright.
The stylish and well equipped kitchen houses a slimline dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic four ring hob, microwave, a toaster and kettle with a table and four chairs by the window for dining at home.
To the right of the entrance is the charming double aspect bedroom, decorated in calming tones with a king-size bed between bedside drawers, a dressing table with mirror and a wardrobe with hanging and shelving.
The bathroom off the entrance hall has a good sized shower cubicle with a high powered hand held shower, a wash basin, WC, towel rail (towels provided) and natural light. .
OUTSIDE
The surroundings are absolutely stunning and would please even the most well travelled walkers and cyclists! A gate opens from the road to a drive with plenty of parking space. French doors open to the terrace running along the front which has a table and chairs with cushions so that you can rustle up a meal on the BBQ (please bring charcoal) and eat outside during the warmer months. At the back is a lovely sloped paddock with stunning views overlooking the ancient water meadows and a magnificent oak tree with swing or, for the less adventurous, there's a bench and small table encouraging you to take your sundowners or morning coffee to the top of the hill and soak up the amazing scenery.
Ufford is a favoured rural village. Famed for its medieval church with rare font cover; there are also has two excellent pubs, The Crown gastro-pub and The White Lion, community pub of the year 2012 and The Greyhound in Pettistree is also worth a visit.
I am afraid we do not allow dogs at this property. Due to insurance limitations we do not allow children at this property.
As well as cooking basics, the fully equipped kitchen has a supply of oil, salt and pepper.
