The apartment has an open kitchen equipped with stove, electric oven, dining table, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka and kitchen utensils.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight
At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document. Please note that check-ins must be arranged directly with the hotel and include a supplement as follows: - 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24.00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.

Upon arrival, a tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
