Colorful & Cozy Apt x4 Rione Testaccio

Comfortable and modern apartment of about 75 square meters located on the fourth and last floor of a renovated period building with lift (not suitable for the disabled), located in the historic Testaccio district, the heart of Rome: off the beaten track tourist, here the Romans have lived for generations, life is less chaotic but much more authentic. The position of the house, very quiet and sunny, is splendid and well connected to all the attractions of the Eternal City.
The house has 4 beds. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle and moka.
The bathroom has a shower, small tub and bidet.
The accommodation is also equipped with TV, unlimited WIFI, central heating with valves, 2 ceiling fans (in the living room and in the bedroom), hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
Bed linen and towels will be provided on arrival.

Guest access
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.
Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
- 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
