Shaded by the trees of its beautiful garden, Villa Lory is the right place to achieve the first and most important target of going on a holiday: feeling on a holiday. The estate is set in a perfect environment, practically on the beach, restaurants and bars, and yet it’s secluded providing you all the privacy you need. The whole estate is entirely fenced, so you can live your kids roam around freely, and you’ll also have 2 to 3 parking spaces available near the entrance gate.

Walking across the garden you’ll see the BBQ area, equipped with a brick barbecue and perfect for delightful outdoor dinners, and the pool, that features a elegant stairs that will lead into the water as well as a diving board. The poolside area is provided with sunbeds and armchairs. Beside the pool you’ll find a patio with a dining table; here you’ll also find table tennis: we’re sure then the pool area will be the favourite place for your kids, if you have any.

Villa Lory is located in the Marsala area, in the Northwestern part of Sicily, one of the most fascinating regions of the island. The town centre of Marsala is just 6 kilometers from the estate and can be reached in a short drive: we’re sure you know the city, at least its name, famous all over the world thanks to the fortified wine made with the grapes growing in its surroundings. This is also one of Sicily’s most ancient towns, founded by the Phoenicians and originally named Lilibeum.

You can witness the ancient history of this region coming to life taking a trip to Mothia, one of the four isle of the Stagnone Nature Reserve, where you’ll find and old Phoenician fortress. The most attractive thing about this region of Sicily is its coastline, featuring long beaches of golden sand, like Signorino beach to mention one, and the breathtaking landscape of Marsala’s windmills and saltpans, part as well of the Stagnone reserve and home to elegant pink flamingos.

The area is also well known by surfers and kite-surfers: the Stagnone hosted the Kite Surf World Championship in 2013 and it’s always been one of the favourite destinations in Sicily for surf lovers.

You’ll be welcomed by the wide and bright living room, and you’ll feel like you had never left the garden thanks to the wide windows and French windows. The kitchen is built-in and fully equipped, while the sleeping area includes 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Within the estate there’s also an annex that features 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The villa is provided with Internet WiFi, Sat tv and features air conditioning systems in all the bedrooms.

Safety Deposit € 500 - All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.
