This 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor and spans a total of 50m2. The apartment underwent a renovation in 2019 and boasts practical furnishings that are sure to meet your needs during your stay. One room features a French bed that measures 160cm and comes equipped with air conditioning. The second room is furnished with three beds that measure 80cm each, also with air conditioning.

The kitchen and living room are combined and feature a dining table, along with a four gas rings, microwave, and a freezer. You'll enjoy access to the terrace from this space, where you can take in panoramic views of the surrounding area. The terrace itself spans 25m2 and is roofed, and comes equipped with comfortable terrace furniture.

There are two showers/bidet/WC units in the apartment to ensure you can get ready with ease. If you're travelling with a baby, you'll be pleased to know that a baby cot is available for children up to two years old. Additionally, reserved parking is available (fenced) for your convenience.
