Modern and welcoming 80 sq.mt apartment, located on the second floor of a period building with lift (however, it is not suitable for the disabled)
The house consists of a large living room with a relaxation corner and a dining area, a kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, traditional and microwave oven, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and wardrobe and the other has two single beds.
The toilet has a shower and bidet.
Additional services available to guests: limited portable WiFi, TV, central heating, air conditioning (2 split in the bedrooms), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
We offer you maximum hospitality and the opportunity to experience a stay in a real "Roman" context!

The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document. Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
