There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a French bed (160 cm) and a shower/WC and the other with two single beds (80 cm) and a shower/WC. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, electric coffee machine, and a dining table.

The apartment is heated with gas and has comfortable furnishings that complement the country house style of the place. A small, roofed terrace with terrace furniture is also present.
