Welcome to 'Speranza', a cozy and practical 3-room semi-detached house, perfect for your vacation. With 80 m2 of space, this home is furnished with wooden furniture and offers a comfortable stay.

The living/sleeping room features a sofa bed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and satellite TV. It is an ideal spot to relax with friends or family after a long day of exploring the area.

There are two bedrooms in the house, including one double bedroom and another room with one bed (80 cm) and one double bed. The double bedroom has a terrace with a beautiful view of the countryside.

In the kitchenette, you will find four gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. The home also has a shower/bidet/WC for your convenience. Gas heating is available to keep you warm during colder days.

Outside, there is a roofed terrace, patio, and garden of 50 m2. You can bask in the sun while enjoying the beautiful view of the countryside. Two deck chairs are available for you to relax in.
