When we arrived to check in at this property, we were surprised when they asked for the second half of the payment in cash. They had run the first payment on our credit card (which worked fine). No other property manager has demanded that of us in a month of travel.
When we arrived at the property, miles away from the welcome center, we found the following: a broken toilet seat, a locked door to the bedroom with the handle off, another handle to the living room broken, a fence on the terrace fallen, with rusty nails exposed. These items were repaired while we were there, but Feels Like Home did not compensate us for renting substandard property, other than to offer "luggage storage" when we left. We will NEVER rent from this company again.
