Villa Orange is a high quality four bedroom villa located in the popular Vale do Lobo resort. The villa is located a short drive from the lively Praca with it's many restaurants, bars and blue flag beach. Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy is 8 minutes drive away. There are two golf courses within Vale do Lobo, the Royal and Ocean courses. The resorts of Quinta do Lago and Dunas Douradas are also a short drive way. At Quinta do Lago you will find Quinta shopping with many designer boutiques and restaurants. The villa is built over two levels. The living areas are on the first floor of the villa at entrance level. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, juicer and oven. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The adjacent living room is open plan with dining area, fire place, cable TV, DVD player and Sonos speakers. Patio doors lead to a terrace with outdoor furniture.


There are three bedrooms on the lower level of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area. Bedroom two has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area. Bedroom three has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the pool terrace. Bedroom four is on the first floor with double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom and access to the first floor terrace.


Outside the private swimming pool measures 12 x 5 metres and is surrounded by pool terraces. The barbeque and dining set are located on the first floor terrace. Stairs lead up to a roof terrace with fabulous views over the Vale do Lobo resort.
